Training League Baseball

Just look at this little future all star!  William has had a great time playing baseball in the training league at our church.  The weather hasn't cooperated much this spring, so many of the games have been cancled, but tonight was beautiful!

Before the season started Will hadn't the slightest clue what baseball was all about.  The coaches were great and little by little he improved.  Will knows to throw the ball to 1st base when he is fielding, and he stands in a stance that at least resembles a batters stance at home plate.  He even had two solid hits tonight without the t!

Once he gets on base its a bit tough for him to stay focused.  He just wants to keep taking his helmet on and off.  It's a bit big and he just can't resist playing with it.  He looked so cute running the bases tonight and he even worked extra hard to go super fast :)

Every Tuesday night when William has baseball, Max also has baseball.  So that means Jack gets to go with us while Dad takes Max.  Jack must be paying attention a bit - tonight he wanted to have his own ball and he practiced throwing it against the fence over and over again.  Only two more years before he can play too!  So much fun!
